How do I purchase your music?
You can find all the music for sale under the Shop page. There, you can shop for all available pieces by category.
Do you offer digital downloads or physical copies?
We offer both digital and physical copies of all music.

When will I receive my order?
For digital sales, you should receive access to your product immediately. If it's a physical product, shipping estimates will be provided on Payhip, but almost all orders are fulfilled and delivered within 7-10 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
As of right now, we ship internationally to the United States, Canada, the UK, and all nations in the EU. If you live outside of these countries, please contact us, and I am sure we can figure something out.
What should I do if I haven't received my order?
If you have not received your order, please contact us directly at our Contact page and then contact the retailer where the purchase was made. If this is a physical product, please allow an additional five business days to the projected delivery window. If it still does not arrive, please contact us directly so we can help you.

Can I perform your music publicly?
You may perform this music publicly (e.g., concerts, recitals, services) provided the music is not altered and composer credit is given.
Can I record or upload a performance of your music?
To record and/or upload your performance, you must fill out a Jesse Colter Music Monetization License Request and get your official Certificate of Authorization.
Do I need to fill out a separate "Monetization License Request" for each performer or ensemble?
The request only needs to be submitted by the performers or ensembles who plan to post their performance (whether video or audio) for monetization.

Can I request a custom arrangement or new composition?
You are always free to request a quote on an official custom arrangement or new composition through the "Commissions" tab.
Can I make changes to your music for my ensemble?
Minor adjustments are okay and do not require permission but any change regardless of how small must be noted if you were to fill out a Monetization License Request.

What format are your digital scores and parts in?
All digital scores and parts come as print-ready 8.5 x 11" PDFs.
Can I re-download a file if I lost it?
The ability to redownload purchased scores changes from service to service, but if you run out of downloads, then please contact us with a proof of purchase and we will be happy to help.
